Shipping is free on all orders over $100. For orders under that, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Add one more tee and it usually pays for itself.

No-questions 30-day returns. If a piece isn't right, send it back unworn within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Reach out through the contact page and we'll get you a return started within 24 hours.

Most men's and unisex styles run S–2XL, and women's styles run XS–XL. The exact size run is listed on every product page, and sold-out sizes are marked so you're never guessing.

True to size across the range. Statement tees like the Heart Soft, Body Strong Tee have a relaxed unisex cut, and the Ashes Pump Cover is oversized and boxy by design — size down if you want it closer to the body. Leggings and shorts are compression-fit: squat-proof, fully opaque, and made to move.

Yes. The Peaches Scrunch Short and Peaches Seamless Bra make the Peach set for $75 together, and the Ember Jogger pairs with the Phoenix Full-Zip Hoodie for $100 as a set. Each piece is also sold on its own.

The Phoenix Lever Lifting Belt is a 10mm reinforced belt in an IPF-legal width with a quick-release lever buckle — built for max brace on heavy compounds. Always confirm your federation's current equipment rules before meet day.

Follow the care tag on each piece. As a rule, performance fabrics last longest washed cold and hung to dry, and screen-printed graphics prefer being washed inside-out.
